This website is operated by AIKO MARIE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AIKO
MARIE. By visiting our site and/or purchasing the "uniform" from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to
be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or
province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation
of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At AIKO MARIE, we believe the arrival of a new uniform should be as seamless as the silhouette itself. Each
piece is handled with archival care.
Domestic & Regional Delivery (USA, Japan, & South Korea): Standard service is complimentary. Express
service is available for a flat rate of $40.
International Delivery (Rest of World): Standard service is available at a $40 flat rate.
Dispatch: Please allow 3–5 business days for our atelier to prepare and package your order. SS26 New
Arrivals will begin dispatching in late May 2026.
Duties: International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of
the recipient.
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Domestic Returns (USA Only): We accept returns for store credit or direct exchange within 20 days of
delivery. A flat fee of $20 will be deducted from your store credit to cover return logistics and archival re-
processing.
International Orders: Due to the complexities of international logistics, all orders dispatched outside of the
United States are Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
4. PRODUCT INTEGRITY & ACCURACY
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot
guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the
sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
5. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate
purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and the "AIKO MARIE" name, is the
property of AIKO MARIE and protected by international copyright laws. The "Effortless Romanticism" and
"Uniform" motifs are core to our brand identity.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
