To maintain the integrity of our curated collections and ensure every client receives a pristine, untouched garment, AIKO MARIE adheres to the following return standards:
Domestic Returns & Exchanges
United States
We want you to feel undeniably your best in the AIKO MARIE uniform. If a silhouette does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer Store Credit or Direct Exchange within 20 days of delivery.

The Process: To initiate your return, please contact our concierge at
contact@aikomarie.com. -
Restocking & Handling: A flat fee of $20 will be deducted from your store credit. This covers the return logistics and the archival re-processing required to ensure the garment remains part of our pristine collection.

Condition: Pieces must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed state, with all archival tags and packaging intact.
International Orders
Outside of the United States
Due to the complexities of international logistics and our commitment to a sustainable global footprint, all international orders are Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders dispatched outside of the United States.
